In part 1 of this article I introduced you to the idea that forgiveness – the way that you forgive is what you need to be able to do properly if you want to be happy in your love life. I also introduced you to two ways we are taught to forgive and which way simply doesn’t work.
In this part, I want to carry on where I left off and tell you why it’s imperative that you get to the ‘so what’ stage.
It’s like this when you think about anything that happened years and years ago, time has healed the wound and if someone were to bring up the incident your attitude would almost be a ‘so what, it happened years ago, it means nothing to me now’ and this is the place I want you to get to sooner rather than later.
This is the most effective way to forgive and this is the kind of forgiveness that works.
To help you understand better what forgiveness is let me tell you this- forgiveness isn’t about the other person, not at all, it’s all about you.
The common notion that you are forgiving someone else is misleading because it’s really about allowing you to let go of the resistance to positivity in your life. And why? To help you raise or change your energy vibrations so you keep your positivity open to attract what you want in your love life.
The benefits as you can see are two fold. On a practical level you are letting go of something that was not nice and when you do it no longer affects you- and because of this you have the right vibe about you to attract that kind of love you do want to experience.
So by accelerating the process and consciously getting yourself to the so what part of this you are completely letting go of any ties to past relationships that didn’t work for you and now are truly free.

Believe me when I say this absolutely works and I do appreciate that it’s really challenging, and do it anyway- go for it as your love life is surely worth it- is it not?
